A gentle, holistic approach

Craniosacral osteopathy offers a gentle, holistic approach, based on listening to the body and its ways of adapting.

Each session begins with a conversation about your situation, your expectations and your history, followed by a manual assessment and personalised techniques. A session lasts about 45 minutes.

For all ages

Babies, children, teenagers, pregnant women, adults and seniors: each session is adapted to your age, your sensitivity and your needs.

Qualifications and insurance

Laure Simon graduated from the European School of Osteopathy in Maidstone, England, in 2009. She is registered with ASCA and RME: depending on your policy, your Swiss supplementary health insurance may cover part of the cost of your sessions.
